The following information is for our exhibitors who have signed up to participate in Connecticut Construction Field Day on Thursday, June 20th at Farmington Polo Club.

Please read through all the information, paying close attention to items we are requesting, deadlines and ways you can help us get the word out so we will have a great turnout by contractor attendees!

Registration

Attendee List

Exhibitors, both tent and outdoor, can register 2 employees at no charge. Please send name and email address of each individual attending to info@adstratllc.com no later than June 3rd, 2024.

If you want to register additional employees, discounted employee tickets are available.

Logo

Please send a high-res version of your logo as a png or jpg file to info@adstratllc.com as soon as possible, along with a 250-word description and contact information as you would like to appear in our Event Program. If you do not meet this deadline, we will pull text and information from your website.

Very important information for exhibitors
  • Exhibitors will get an 8ft skirted table with two chairs
  • If you need electricity at your table, please let us know.  There is a $20 fee per line.
  • It is very important that you adhere to our move in and move out rules for the event:

EXHIBITOR MOVE IN:
We expect to be able to allow move ins for large equipment on June 19th but we will not be able to confirm that until June 1st.
There will be no security for anything left outdoors overnight.

Spread the Word

We are counting on the extensive networks of our partners, presenters, exhibitors and sponsors to assist us in spreading the word about this event. Please help us in getting the word out to your network. This event is open to all construction professionals and registration includes breakfast, mid-morning snack, lunch and BBQ plus access to all of the sessions, an event tee shirt and access to the pool. We will accept walk-ins but they will slow things down and will make it difficult for us to plan for food, etc., so let’s push pre-registration!

Additional Notes Regarding Ads:

  • “Trim” refers to the final size.
  • “Bleed” is equal to adding .125″ to the “trim.”

  • Ensure that fonts are embedded, and that image quality is high resolution (ideally 300 ppi).
